The Loss of Richard Wright

Richard Wright passed away Mon. September 15th at the age of 65.  We would like to thank Richard for his musical contributions that not only helped create the sound of Pink Floyd, but also influenced us all.  His capabilities took him beyond Pink Floyd (though that is what we know him best for).

Take the time to refresh yourself with your Pink Floyd favorites featuring Rick: Astronomy Domine, One of These Days, Echoes, The Great Gig in the Sky, Us & Them, Wearing the Inside Out, among many others.  As well, explore his solo works: Wet Dream and Broken China.

He will sorely be missed.

It was great to play out at Sweetwater's new performance theater.  What a phenomenal facility, sound, and crew.

We'd like to thank Sweetwater (especially Kevin and Dylan) for having us and all of you who were able to make it out and enjoy the show.  We happily return the standing ovation!!

Kenton Snyder
Be sure to come out to the new shows and welcome our new bassist, Kenton Snyder.  Kenton  brings a new feel to the Pink Droyd show and we're excited to include him in the band.  Check out his bio.

We'd like to thank Ron Baker for all of the memories and his support.  We wish him luck in all his musical endeavors.

We would like to thank Sweetwater Sound for letting us close-out the 2008 Gearfest.  You guys worked hard setting down the event while we continued to play.  We certainly would like to thank Javier for helping us with sound.  You all did a fantastic job.
