Randy started working professionally at a young age in NYC as an audio engineer at the prestigious S. I. R. Studios in New York City. At the studios he found himself surrounded by the top artists of the day and it wasn’t long before he found himself on the road as a Monitor engineer, Keyboard and Drum technician for artists such as Roberta Flack, Bad Company, Damn Yankees, Joan Jett, Blondie, Meat Loaf, The Zappa Band and Todd Rundgren to name a few.
Randy spent the next 30+ years honing his craft while playing "Understudy" too all the drummers he was working for.
"I had the best job in the world. I had to watch famous drummers play all night. After a while you pick up a few things. It's amazing what happens when you pay attention!" In the last few years Randy has relocated to Fort Wayne where he currently works at Sweetwater Sound as an audio engineer and recently joined Pink Droyd in 2024.
